A Grand Entrance.

This is the story of how we conceived, designed and managed moving a major entrance 25-feet to democratize tenant space, elevate food services and introduce a VIP Valet Service.

The A1 North Corridor is one of the busiest entrances at Yorkdale Shopping Centre and made even more a frenzy with the opening of the Cheesecake Factory. With key tenants to coordinate, including Hudson’s Bay, our team revitalized the interior of the corridor by re-capturing 25-feet of space from outdoors, introducing two new food kiosks, two common seating areas and a new glass door entry and portico. On the exterior, we designed a Valet Booth, exterior cladding and grading, and introduced a contemporary pick-up and drop-off valet waiting area.
