Community Built, Naturally.

Our team had the pleasure of designing three Consonant Skincare spaces before they hired us in 2017 to design their newest store in the Queen West neighbourhood. Taking cue from experiential retail trends, we designed the store with an emphasis on product play. You will find no product for sale in the front half of the store but you will find 100% natural skincare expertly explained by one of Consonant’s Regime Coaches.

Consonant knows it’s customers, and it knows it’s key to success is building community both online and in-store. One key feature of this new location is the ability to move all product play displays off the floor to make room for workshops and programs like Wednesday run club and Sunday yoga. To further promote the ‘touch and feel’ approach to skincare sales, we designed a Spa Treatment Room onsite for Cold Laser Facial Treatments, which incorporate the natural skincare line.
