One of the most frequented stops at any mall is the information desk / concierge service. Serving a multitude of functions from gift certificate sales, stroller and wheel chair rentals, directory and coat check, this is one busy place to be! the design of this new kiosk needed to be high performing and durable and operate like a Swiss Army knife - opening and unfolding to perform any given task.
