After 26 years, Chestnut Park invested in the re-design of their flagship Toronto office. As Toronto’s pre-eminent luxury real estate brokerage, the time had come for their work and client meeting spaces to reflect the sophisticated and innovative nature of the real estate industry.
While private offices are still part of the real estate culture, an open work area was created for weekly gatherings, informal conversations, community building and short work sessions. Client meeting spaces (closing rooms) were technically enhanced with presentation screens and instant room booking software. All common spaces received an overhaul starting in the reception area - now larger and more welcoming.
